THE FARM:
City Sprouts Farm is located on the ancestral homelands of the Lummi Nation, Nooksack Tribe and other federally recognized and unrecognized tribes. We are visitors here and are indebted to the generations of people who have stewarded the land and waterways of this region since time immemorial.
City Sprouts Farm builds community resilience by stewarding a productive farm space where people can come together to learn, increase food access, and demonstrate how community vitality can grow through our food system. Our programming is embedded within Western Washington University's Center for Community Learning and we provide multiple entry points for students to engage in local agriculture. We host WWU students through seasonal employment, classes, work parties, internships, and independent studies and more.
