Whatcom Peace and Justice Center
The Whatcom Peace & Justice Center works to create a voice for peace and social justice in Whatcom County through partnerships with local community and religious organizations, direct action, public witness, and education on alternatives to violence and war. They call on our government and society to disavow policies of violence and seek a culture of peace.

White Swan Environmental
White Swan Environmental is an Indigenous-led non-profit working to support community healing through the natural, cultural and historical restoration to the Salish Sea for 7th generations sustainability as a measure of ecological health protection for all.

Whatcom Food Network
The Whatcom Food Network’s mission is to model democratic ecofeminist principles, build coalitions, community and civic belonging, and champion food justice policies, programs, and practices.
For the last several years, the core of the Whatcom Food Network’s efforts have focused on the development of the Whatcom County Food System Plan, spearheaded by the Whatcom County Food System Committee.

Whatcom County Food Systems Committee
The purpose of the Whatcom County Food System Committee is to draft, implement, provide oversight for, and regularly update a countywide Food System Plan.

Community to Community Development
C2C works to:
- Confront racism in existing power structures
- Empower under-represented peoples to have an equal voice in decision making processes
- Develop cross-cultural awareness with formación
- Restore justice to our food, land and cultural practices
- Promote community relationships towards self-reliance
- Work in solidarity with those that strive towards human rights for all races and genders
- Demand and demonstrate that the value of feminine intellect and leadership is recognized

Familias Unidas por la Justicia
Familias Unidas por la Justicia is an independent labor union of more than 400 indigenous farmworkers in Skagit and Whatcom Counties.

Sustainable Connections
Sustainable Connections advances a regenerative local economy that builds community, strengthens food systems, catalyzes climate solutions, and expands access to housing in NW Washington.

REsources
RE Sources gives people practical ways to make a real difference for the planet, from passing stronger laws that protect the environment and empowering youth voices, to holding corporate polluters accountable, reducing waste and our own carbon footprint. They do this through smart policy, grassroots mobilization, hands-on science and environmental education.

Salmon Need Water
Salmon Need Water is a joint project of the Nooksack Tribe and the Lummi Nation.
Through this project, they hope to educate Whatcom residents about water and salmon, inform us of the adjudication process, and inspire us to take action to support a full and fair process to finally resolve the water disputes in Whatcom County.
